Legacy Christian University (“LCU”) is committed to providing students with clear and consistent information regarding tuition, payment obligations, cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds.

By enrolling in an LCU course, certificate program, or degree program and accepting the applicable Student Enrollment Agreement, Tuition Agreement, or Payment Authorization, the student acknowledges and agrees to the financial terms applicable to the student’s enrollment.

Students are responsible for the tuition and fees associated with the course or program in which they enroll.

Before enrollment is finalized or course access is activated, students may be required to provide an approved method of payment and authorize either:

• payment in full; or
• an approved installment payment plan.

When a student selects an installment plan, the installment arrangement is a method of paying the applicable tuition obligation and does not automatically convert the student's enrollment into a month-to-month program.

The student's specific tuition amount, payment schedule, and financial obligation will be identified in the applicable enrollment or payment agreement.

Following enrollment and receipt of the required initial payment, LCU may activate the student's account and provide access to educational services and resources, which may include:

• courses and instructional materials;
• recorded or live instruction;
• the LCU Skool platform or other learning-management systems;
• student groups and communities;
• coaching or mentoring services;
• downloadable materials; and
• other resources associated with the student's course or program.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, regulation, accreditation requirement, or an applicable LCU enrollment agreement, enrollment, registration, technology, or other fees designated as nonrefundable will not be refunded after the applicable cancellation period has expired.

Students wishing to cancel or withdraw from an LCU course or program must submit a written cancellation or withdrawal request to the LCU Finance Office at support@legacychristianuniversity.com within 7 days of signing up for the course. No refunds will be provided for any courses or programs. 

The effective withdrawal date will be in accordance with the student's applicable enrollment agreement and any governing law or regulation of the state of Oklahoma.

Failure to attend classes, participate in online instruction, log into the learning platform, complete assignments, or otherwise participate in the program does not, by itself, constitute cancellation or withdrawal and does not automatically terminate the student's financial obligation. Students are responsible for formally notifying LCU finance office in writing of their intent to withdraw.

LCU desires to provide students with an opportunity to determine whether their selected program is appropriate for them.
